I think there's quite a bit of difference between wireframes which  
are page-based, and Daisy which is document-centric. In customer  
projects we do, we tend to focus first on information types and links  
between those, and the page assembly typically happens using  
publisher requests (http://cocoondev.org/daisydocs-2_0/repository/ 
general/194.html).
