[daisy] how do i call pieces of content into a document?

Read section 5.1.3.8 in the Daisy documents concerning Query and  
Include.

If this is what you want to do, there is a particular way the Wiki  
editor supports this (non-obvious in 1.5, more explicit in 2.0). In  
1.5 you use the paragraph style dropdown, and select the appropriate  
item at the bottom the drop down (Query, Include, Query-Include).
