[daisy] Content Mgmt across locales

Hi:

I'm trying to test scenarios in Daisy to see if it suits our purpose.

Here is one of the scenarios that I need help with:

Scenario - Developer updates document in 1 locale - change should be
consumed across all related locales; change should also trigger workflow to
alert locale specific content managers to update language of the change.

Can Daisy handle this? Please advise.

Also, if there are any user manuals available for Daisy, please let me know.
