[daisy] Cannot add languages

I think I'm repeating this question in a way - but I can't see the cantonese
and mandarin languages available in the recommended standard:
http://ftp.ics.uci.edu/pub/ietf/http/related/iso639.txt

Can I add an ad-hoc name and make these languages via the Language
Administration tool?

I'm sorry if my question sounds incoherent - I'm a first-time user. Let me
know if I need to clarify further.
