Jetty needs a temporary directory that isn't deleted while it is running. (RHEL will periodically wipe the /tmp directory) 
After this happens, all uploads fail.

All you need to do to solve this problem is include an empty directory with your ZIP distribution. Should be "/daisywiki/webapp/WEB-INF/work"
