[daisy] Does Daisy support Asian Locales?

Hi Rucha,

I'm not knowledgeable about what is required to support Asian locales.
Daisy uses unicode everywhere, so support for Asian glyphs shouldn't be
a problem. Whether the browser-based HTML editors support Asian locales
is mostly a browser issue.

Maybe you could give Daisy a try and report any problems? It would be
very interesting to know about this.
