Consider removing "/daisy" from the default URL.
------------------------------------------------

         Key: DSY-335
         URL: http://issues.cocoondev.org//browse/DSY-335
     Project: Daisy
        Type: Improvement
 Reporter: Bruno Dumon
    Priority: Minor
     Fix For: public - 2.0

Currently the Daisy Wiki URLs start with "/daisy".

This is because the Daisy Wiki ships with a default Cocoon with just some stuff added to it, but the root Cocoon sitemap stays untouched.

Things to consider:
 - make it possible via a config option (in wikidata dir) to include/remove the "/daisy", if possible defaulting to "/daisy" for existing installations (after upgrade) and without "/daisy" for new installations
 - if "/daisy" is left in the URL, automatically redirecto to "/daisy/" when accessing "/" or "/daisy"
