The newly added 'editable' property of part and field types in Daisy 2.0 should become a property of the Field/PartTypeUse within the document type, rather than of the part/field type itself.

This is because the same field might be reused within different document types, and the fields in certain of these document types might be assigned automatically by some external process (hence should not be editable), while in other cases they should be editable.

As part of this, we should likely also look at DSY-326.
