Handling of missing documents in multi-lang wikis

(This is related to issue DSY-327)

If a user browses in a specific language and there is no document variant for her language, the wiki should display the document in the default language along with a notice "Sorry, this document is not available in ..., displaying the ... version instead."

If she continues to browse (either following a link from the menu or in the document), the wiki should try to locate the destination in her preferred language, again.
