[daisy] PHP Framework code commit

Hallo!

I've committed some more code tonight.
SVN comment: "Minor changes in the directory structure.
Three abstarcts classes added to the Request classes set. The classes
to support all the publisher requests except p:prepareDocument and
p:resolveDocumentIds are developed.
convertNavigationLinks() private method added to the
DaisyPublisherResponse class. It substitutes "path" attribute of <doc>
tags in <navigationTree> with the link to actual document using
ADaisyPublisherInlinedTagsConvertor::getDocumentHref() method."


Currently I'm substituting "path" attribute of a <doc> tag in the
<navigationTree> by the actual url of the document using its
documentId branch and language information in the <doc> tag. When I
added <navigationDocument> tag to the <preparedDocuments> I found
"p:navigationPath" attribute in the <a> tag containing Daisy link. How
could I use this attribute? Mayve I should leave "path" property and
add aditional "href" property containing actual path do the document
in the <doc> tag?
