[daisy] Daisy 1.5 release approaching

Hi,

In preparation of the Daisy 1.5 release next week, I did some further
fixes to the 1.5 branch of Daisy, based on the things that have been
reported. A full overview can be found here:

If there are any issues left that you think need fixing before release,
don't hesitate to report them asap (or remind us of them).
