[daisy] PHP framework SVN commit problems

Sometimes it helps to use the SVN command line tool, especially if you get weird 
error messages from your IDE plugin. Go to the root folder of your working copy 
of Daisy and call "svn up" and if necessary "svn cleanup". HTH
