[daisy] error using serch facilities

No idea how that file could have got lost, but you could try
regenerating the fulltext index.

This goes as follows:

 * delete the old index: simply delete all files in the indexstore
directory. If you can't delete them because they are in use, first stop
the repository server.

 * go to the JMX console, as described here:
   http://cocoondev.org/daisydocs-2_0/admin/339.html

 * In the JMX console, follow the link
   "Daisy:name=FullTextIndexUpdater"

 * Press the "Invoke" button for the reIndexAllDocuments operation

The index will be regenerated in the background. The amount of time this
will take depends on the number of documents, but if you have say less
than 100 documents, it should be done in at most a few seconds.
