[daisy] ACL on navigation link nodes

I would like to have nav links on the main site to 2 other sites - intranet
and extranet but only have them appear depending on whether the user is
logged in as an employee or client. I've tried putting them in imported sub
nav docs and setting up ACL for those docs but they always appear
regardless. Is there anyway to apply ACL to link nodes?
