[daisy] Daisy docs branched for 2.0

Hi,

I've branched the Daisy documentation for Daisy 2.0, viewable over here:

Over the next couple of days I'll be doing some updates to reflect some
changes in 2.0.

I've also started adding some docs on the import/export tools on which
I've been working for the last week or 2-3, and of which the pieces are
now falling together so that they're becoming usable. These docs can be
found here:
http://cocoondev.org/daisydocs-2_0/impexp/333.html

Together with the namespaced document IDs, these import/export tools
allow to easily replicate content between repositories while keeping
document identity.
