Don't use mod_jk2 it's been deprecated for a long time. Just use plain mod_jk

Everything went smoothly, but these are some potential rough spots.

While running daisy-wiki-init (to create the extra fields, and doc types) the script removed all of the additional fields I had added to the doctypes: SimpleDocument, Attachment. It would be much better if daisy-wiki-init did the adds to the doctypes without destroying the existing fields.

	Plus a few bugs:

The query "select id, name, lockType, lockOwnerName, lockTimeAcquired, lockDuration where lockType is not null" does not return any results, even if there are active locks.

My last configuration had been using mod_proxy to connect apache with jetty. I've now modified that to be using mod_jk2 instead. I'm still seeing a problem I've had before. No images show up in the PDF documents. Previously, I thought this had to do something with the host/port information that mod_proxy was passing to jetty was incorrect. (on requests, jetty saw the real site/port instead of the jetty site/port - and couldn't retrieve the pictures based on that url.) That is just a guess by the way. Well, I thought that moving to mod_jk2 would take care of this problem, but I still see the problem. I don't see the problem if I connect directly to the jetty port running on the site. I really would like the pictures to appear in the PDF docs - does anyone have any thoughts on this - or a decent way to debug this? Please let me know.

Also, how about being able to specify the query for the "recent changes" page on a per-site basis? Maybe specified in siteconf.xml?

	Thanks,
